This is a small family cattery, and we treat your details the way we would want ours treated. In plain language:

What we collect. Only what you type into the enquiry form: your name, email, phone, city, colour preference, timeline, how you found us, and your message. Nothing is collected until you press send.

Where it goes. Your enquiry is stored securely and delivered privately to Jane so she can reply. If email confirmation is enabled, you receive one automatic reply from jane@britishelitechinchilla.com. That is the whole journey.

What we never do. We do not sell, rent, or share your details with anyone. We run no advertising trackers and no third-party analytics on this site.

Your choices. Write to jane@britishelitechinchilla.com at any time and we will show you what we hold about you or delete it entirely.
